Invoice or CSV export of fees per month

It would be useful for tax purposes to have either an invoice per month for all the fees collected or alternatively a way to export this as CSV per month. Thank you!

Adding processing fees to the existing csv is essential for any real accounting. Monthly totals would be nice as well.

Same request. I'd need to have displayed : transactionsID, payment method, membership levels, reccurence (yearly, monthly) and date to filter. Currently, to collect this info we have to click on each member and type everything manually on a spreadsheet which is not convenient at all. A detailed CSV export would be great
