Someone joined my membership on 01 Feb 2023—and the first payment was successfully deducted from their bank account.
However, BMC was unable to deduct the second payment, a month after that. Because they had insufficient funds, the member confirmed that—and asked me to cancel their membership, which I did.
I was surprised to see, as seen on the attached screenshot, that the membership will be cancelled on 01 April 2023, even though payment was not made for March 2023.
Obviously, this is an issue IF they still have access to my exclusive posts, which I do not know.
