I have a user who canceled their current membership so that they could resubscribe to a higher tiered membership. After cancelling, they have reported that they no longer see the membership tiers and only see when their current membership expires.
Is there a way for a current member to upgrade to a higher tier membership?
Does a user who has cancelled their membership have to wait until expiration until they can become a member again?
I reached out to support@buymeacoffee.com twice but noone answered.
