Memberships that pay per creation and not per month

This is the sole reason I am currently sticking with Patreon. Out of all the services out there that let creators get financially backed by supporters (Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, Ko-Fi, YouTube memberships, Ghost, Limey, and probably more), Patreon is the only one that has this particular feature.
They do it smart, too. They let members set up a monthly limit for the amount of times they pay per creation, and let the creator decide when to charge members also. This ensures that nobody pays more than they want to, and still incentivises people to support a creator who feels they can offer more value to their supporters by only charging per creation through a membership.
